Senators Re-Assign Defenceman Brian Lee To Binghamton

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 16, 2010) - The Ottawa Senators today re-assigned defencemen Brian Lee to the club's American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators.

Lee played six games with Ottawa since his most recent recall on Feb. 25, recording no points and four penalty minutes. He has played 21 games for the Senators this season, notching two goals, one assist and 12 penalty minutes.

In 80 career National Hockey League games (all with the Senators), the Moorhead, Minn., native has registered 17 points (four goals, 13 assists) while amassing 49 penalty minutes. In 31 AHL games with Binghamton this season, the 22-year-old has three goals, seven assists and 42 penalty minutes.

The B-Sens (seventh East Division, 28-31-5-3, 64 points) next see action on Wednesday, March 17, when they host the Hershey Bears at 7:05 p.m.
