Moncton, NB - The Moncton Wildcats today announced the signing of 18-year-old defenseman Tyler Howe. From the Boston area, he saw action this season in the Saskatchewan Junior A hockey league with the Melville Millionaires. He had 5 assists and 119 penalty minutes during his time with Melville. Howe, is six feet, six inches tall and weights 230 pounds, he'll will wear jersey number 4, when he dresses for the Wildcats in tomorrow night's 7 o'clock game against the Halifax Mooseheads.Director of Hockey Operations and Head Coach Danny Flynn described the newest member of the team as, "a big, physical guy with good skills. His upside is that he's prepared to work hard and if he does, he can make a significant contribution to the Wildcats."
