PRINCE GEORGE, BC- The Prince George Cougars will recognize the important work done by non-profit organizations in the community during the first ever Night of Hope game on Saturday, November 21st. Various non-profits have been invited to the game to promote their organizations and share information with Cougars fans about how to get involved with and support causes important to Prince George residents.Big Brothers Big Sisters of Prince George will also be on the concourse selling raffle tickets for their Big Trip Giveaway which offers a grand prize of a trip for two to anywhere WestJet flies. Tickets are just $5 each.
That evening businesses are also invited to recognize volunteers by sponsoring tickets to the game. Tickets will be allocated to a non-profit of the sponsor's choice so that their volunteers can enjoy a night of hockey.
