CARSON, Calif. (Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009) - Chivas USA will face the LA Galaxy in the second leg of the Playoff Super Clįsico series on Sunday, Nov. 8 at 4:30 p.m. PT in what will be a 'home' game for the Galaxy. The Red-and-White have an updated team schedule ahead of Sunday's match listed below.Chivas USA's training sessions on Thursday and Friday will be closed until the final 15 minutes, when members of the media may enter for interviews. The practices are likely to conclude around 11:30 a.m. PT. Saturday's practice will be open to members of the press, and begins at 10:00 a.m. PT on Field 6 at The Home Depot Center. Any press looking to attend a practice should contact Chivas USA Communications (contact information above).
After last Sunday's 2-2 draw in the first leg of the Playoff Super Clįsico, this Sunday's match between Chivas USA and the LA Galaxy, which will be broadcast live on ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes, will decide which team moves on to the Western Conference Championship. If the match is tied after 90 minutes, two 15 minute overtime sessions will be played, followed by penalty kicks if the deadlock is not broken in overtime.
