RENO, Nev.- Due to continuing construction of the brand-new Freight House District adjacent to Aces Ballpark, the Reno Aces Team Shop will be relocated during the offseason to the Summit Reno shopping mall on Sunday, Nov. 1, the club announced today.The Summit Reno is located at 13965 S. Virginia St., just minutes from Aces Ballpark. The relocated Aces Team Shop will be located between Skecher's and Tilly's, across from the Chocolate Bar.
In preparation for holiday shopping, the Reno Aces Team Shop will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. Holiday hours will be consistent with each of Summit Reno's tenants.
A grand opening will be held this Sunday at 11 a.m., with the first 10 people making a purchase to receive a free Aces fleece blanket or kids replica jersey. Archie will be on-hand to greet guests from 11 a.m. to noon. The Aces will hold numerous events throughout the holiday season at the team shop.
The team shop will return to its home at Aces Ballpark prior to April's 2010 Opening Day.
