Dame-Malka Suspended Four Games

BOUCHERVILLE, Monday, October 26, 2009 - The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League Disciplinary Prefect today announced that Acadie-Bathurst defenseman Olivier Dame-Malka has been suspended for four games for cross-checking an opponent on the head. The incident occurred during yesterday's game against the Sea Dogs.
The decision was rendered after reviewing the videotape of the incident and after consulting all concerned parties.
In accordance with the QMJHL policy in the matter of disciplinary sanctions, the Disciplinary Prefect will not be available for further comment.
