
Chiefs Reassign Betz

Spokane Chiefs News Release
Forward Mike Betz has been released from the Spokane Chiefs roster and is at home in Summerland, BC awaiting reassignment. The 17-year-old had appeared in one game this season.
The move leaves the Chiefs with 27 players on their roster, including 20-year-olds Jared Spurgeon (shoulder) and Ryan Letts (foot) who haven't seen action this year due to injury. Spokane is currently carrying 16 forwards, eight defensemen and three goaltenders.
The Chiefs will host the Tri-City Americans on Saturday night on Buck Night and CheerStix Giveaway presented by Supercuts. Tickets for all home games are available by calling the Chiefs office at (509) 535-PUCK or TicketsWest at (800) 325-SEAT.
