Hamilton, Ontario - TigerTown is coming to London, Ontario next week, as the Hamilton Tiger-Cats are excited to take part in a practice in the Forest City on Tuesday, October 6.
The open practice will take place from approximately 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at T.D. Waterhouse Stadium at the University of Western Ontario as the Ticats prepare for their game against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on October 12. Immediately following the practice, fans are encouraged to enter the field as players and coaches will be available for autographs and pictures.
"We are very excited to provide our team with the opportunity to interact with our great fans in London," said president Scott Mitchell. "As I have said before, London is an excellent Canadian football market and we are proud of the strong Ticats following within the London community."
Following the practice, Ticats players will visit the practices of 12 local minor football teams.
The Ticats marketing team will also be on hand at UWO's homecoming game against McMaster on Saturday, October 3 to promote Tuesday's practice.
