Zebulon, NC --- The Cincinnati Reds have made two roster moves impacting their Double-A affiliate Carolina Mudcats on Wednesday.RHP Dallas Buck has been activated from the disabled list, while RHP James Avery has been placed on the DL with right elbow tendonitis.
Buck is tentatively slated to start Sunday's game at Five County Stadium against West Tenn. Meanwhile, Avery had been scratched from Tuesday night's start at Jacksonville and was tentatively penciled in to start Monday's finale with West Tenn. LHP Tom Cochran, who made a spot start for Avery last night, would be a likely candidate to start Monday against the Diamond Jaxx.
