Morrison Invited to Hockey Canada Goaltenders Camp

Saskatoon Blades goaltender Adam Morrison has been invited to participate in the fourth annual Hockey Canada Program of Excellence Goaltending Camp.

Morrison, an 18-year-old from Surrey, British Columbia, was named to the camp as an injury replacement to JP Anderson of the OHL's Mississauga St. Michael's Majors. The camp runs June 11-14 at the Norma Bush Memorial Arena in Calgary, Alberta and will feature fourteen goaltenders selected from teams throughout the Canadian Hockey League (11 in the under-20 age category and 3 in the under-18 age category) that have been shortlisted as possible candidates for Canada's National Junior Team and National U-18 Team respectively.

During the 2008-09 season, Morrison appeared in 13 games with the Blades, compiling a 9-1-1 record with a 2.49 goals against average, a .907 save percentage, and 1 shut out.
