Wolf Pack Return Goaltender Maxime Daigneault to Charlotte

HARTFORD, March 30, 2009: Hartford Wolf Pack general manager Jim Schoenfeld announced today that the team has returned goaltender Maxime Daigneault on loan to its ECHL affiliate, the Charlotte Checkers.

Daigneault has appeared in three games this year for the Wolf Pack, totaling 117 minutes of playing time, and is 0-2-0 with seven goals-against on 61 shots (a 3.58 goals-against average and an 88.5% save percentage). In 23 games with Charlotte, Daigneault is 11-10-1, with a 3.29 goals-against average and an 89.8% save percentage.

The Wolf Pack are back in action at the XL Center this Wednesday night, April 1, for the last regular-season visit by Head Coach Kevin Dineen and the Portland Pirates. Faceoff is 7:00.
