LAST WEEK'S RECORD: 2-1-0 OVERALL RECORD: 26-21-4, 56 pts. 2nd Place Northwest Division
Feb. 10 @ Mississippi RiverKings, 4-3 Shootout Win - Despite getting out-shot 43-18 for the game and 21-2 in the third, the Rage still prevailed over the RiverKings behind 40 saves from Scott Reid and three points apiece from Daymen Rycroft (2g-1a) and Colt King (1g-2a). Simon Watson had the game-winner in the tie-breaker.
Feb. 13 @ Wichita Thunder, 3-2 Win - Down 2-0 in the third period in the finale of a season-long seven-game road trip, Scott Wray spearheaded the comeback by scoring twice, including the game-winner at 12:59, which came just 17 seconds after Jarred Mohr tied the game at two.
Feb. 15 vs. Mississippi RiverKings, 5-1 Loss - The Rage returned to Broomfield Event Center for their only game at home during the month of February. Despite controlling play through the first two periods when they out-shot the Kings 29-17, Rocky Mountain yielded two goals in the final two minutes of the second to fall behind 4-1 heading to the third. Watson scored an unassisted goal for the Rage's lone tally on the day.

STANDINGS UPDATE The Rage still comfortably reside in the fifth and final playoff spot in the Northern Conference, 18 points ahead of the sixth-place Rapid City Rush. The team trails the fourth-place Oklahoma City Blazers by eight points.
ROAD WARRIORS Rocky Mountain concluded its seven-game road trip with a record of 4-3-0. Now that the club has played its one home game in February, the Rage pack their bags again for five more road dates through the end of the month to wrap up a stretch of 12 of 13 away from the BEC.
WATSON'S STREAK CONTINUES Simon Watson's goal yesterday kept alive what is now a 10-game point streak, equaling the team's longest point streak of the season. Watson has 14 points (9g-5a) during the course of the run, which dates back to Jan. 24 and is currently the longest in the league.
BREAKING EVEN ON THE ROAD Friday's win in Wichita brought the Rage back to .500 on the road for the first time this year at 11-11-2. The club is 11-7-1 since beginning the campaign with a 0-4-1 mark away from home.
RAGE SNAPSHOTS Scott Reid's 19 stops during last Tuesday's third period in Mississippi tied the team's season high for most saves in a period ... Marty Magers has climbed to 5th in the league with a 2.55 GAA and into a tie for 7th with a .913 save percentage ... Colt King and Daymen Rycroft are tied for the team goal-scoring lead with 23 tallies apiece ... King is first on the Rage with 29 assists and 50 points overall and is now on career highs in all three major scoring categories ... Rob Chappell is 5th in the CHL with 178 penalty minutes and 18 fighting majors.
