Calgary, AB - Calgary Flames General Manager Darryl Sutter announced today the
signing of forward Cam Cunning. In 68 games with Quad City of the American Hockey League during the 2007-08 season, the 6'1", 213 lb winger recorded 11 goals and four assists for 15 points while accumulating 80 penalty minutes.
Cunning was originally drafted by the Flames in the 8th round (240th overall) of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.
The Quad City Flames staff and mascot are available for appearances and speaking engagements throughout the summer of 2008. Players will be available for appearances upon their return to the Quad Cities in mid-September.
