Washington, D.C. (August 4, 2008) - D.C. United players will be making appearances in the community this week. On Monday Devon McTavish and Quavas Kirk will make an appearance at Train with the Pros at Chancellor's Run Park. Brazilian Fred and Argentine Gonzalo Peralta will be on hand to read to patients at the Upper Cardozo Health Center on Wednesday, as part of a United Reads initiative.
