City Stars Announce 3v3 Youth Soccer Tournament

The Cleveland City Stars have announced a 3v3 youth tournament to be played at different locations across Northeast Ohio.

City Stars Announce 3v3 Youth Tournament:

Earlier today, the Cleveland City Stars professional soccer team announced its first annual 3v3 youth soccer tournament. The tournament will take place at different locations across Northeast Ohio through the summer. The tournament is designed for boys and girls off all ages, with age groups ranging from U6-U16.

Besides the benefit of playing against great competition from all over Ohio, participants will receive a free original City Stars T-Shirt and home game ticket. All participants will also get to be part during the City Stars on-field presentation plus a special honor for all the winners prior to the pro team kickoff.

The tournament will officially kickoff of on May 24th prior to the City Stars home game at Krenzler Stadium, as the Stars take on their new rivals, the Pittsburgh Riverhounds.

The City Stars have partnered with SPA Marketing in this new adventure to help unite the soccer community across Northeast Ohio.

"We are excited about the youth tournament. It will be a great experience for the participants as they will get to meet new people from across Ohio while enjoying the game we all love," said Cleveland City Stars General Manager Mark Geissbauer. "The development of youth soccer in Cleveland has come a long way in the past and we hope this 3v3 tournament is another positive step in solidifying the soccer community in the Cleveland area."

On-Site City Stars merchandise, a mini soccer shop, affordable concessions and special appearances by CCS players & Crocodinho will also be part of the excitement throughout each tournament.
