Flint, Mi - The Flint Generals, proud members of the International Hockey League, are pleased to announce that Darren McCarty's contract has been approved by the IHL, after consultation with the National Hockey League.
The Generals and the IHL are excited to help Mr. McCarty in his road back to the NHL. Darren is schedule to be in the line-up tomorrow (Wednesday) versus Muskegon.
The three-time Stanley Cup Champion will make his Perani Arena and Event Center debut this Friday, Jan. 11 vs. the Port Huron Icehawks at 7:30 pm. Tickets are available on line at www.flintgenerals.com , or at the Ticketmaster Box Office or by calling The Ticketmaster Box Office at 744-0580.
