LAST WEEK: Fresno wrapped its six-game road trip last week going 1-2-1. The Falcons are 4-4-3 for 11 points, and are tied with Bakersfield for third place in the Pacific Division.

Monday, November 12 @ Stockton FALCONS 4 Thunder 1

Fresno recorded its second straight win with a 4-1 win at Stockton. The Falcons jumped out to a 2-0 late in the first period on goals from Josh Ciocco and Mike Ramsay. The Thunder pulled within one, as Andy Contois tallied 7:46 into the second period, but the Falcons regained their two-goal advantage at 14:55 on a Brett Hemingway tally. Igor Gongalsky set the final with an empty-net tally at 18:33 of the third period. Kris Mayotte earned the win in net, stopping 31 Stockton shots.

Wednesday, November 14 @ Alaska Aces 5 FALCONS 3

The Falcons took the lead 5:15 into the contest on Oren Eizenman's fourth goal of the season. Alaska pulled even at 12:52, but Fresno went back on top just over a minute later as Brady Leisenring found the back of the net. The score held through the second period, but early in the third, the Aces ripped off three straight goals to take a 4-2 lead. Jarrett Konkle pulled the Falcons back within one at 8:30, but Bo Cheesman's shorthanded goal with 3:23 remaining iced the game for Alaska.

Friday, November 16 @ Alaska Aces 7 FALCONS 5

Trailing 1-0 after 20 minutes, the Falcons enjoyed their best period of the season, scoring five times in the second period to open a 5-1 lead. Among the goals in the period were the first professional goals for both Kenny Bernard and Kenny MacAulay. For the second straight game, Alaska mounted a third-period rally. The Aces scored three times in the opening 8:03 of the period to pull within one. F.P. Guenette tied the score at 16:16, and Bryan Miller scored his third goal of the game at 17:27 to put Alaska ahead. Kimbi Daniels tallied at 18:27 to cap the comeback and set the final.

Saturday, November 18 @ Alaska Aces 4 FALCONS 3 (OT)

Alaska's Bo Cheesman tallied the lone first-period goal, tipping home a Ryan Glenn shot at 19:41. The teams then traded goals in the second period, with Fresno getting a pair of goals from Jarrett Konkle and a shorthanded tally from Tyler Kindle to tie the score at 3 heading into the final period. The score held through the final 20 minutes, and in overtime, Alaska's Kimbi Daniels converted on a breakaway at 1:10 to give the Aces a sweep in the series.

THIS WEEK'S GAMES

Saturday, November 24 vs. Alaska 7:30 p.m.

Fresno returns to Save Mart Center for the first time since October 27 to take on the Aces for the sixth time this season. The Falcons are 1-3-1 overall against the Aces, and 1-1-0 at home. After this meeting, the two teams do not meet again until February 19. Alaska enters the week in second place of the West Division with a record of 9-3-1 for 19 points.

PROMOTIONS: The first 3,000 fans in attendance receive a Falcons team poster courtesy of Riverpark Midas, Port of Subs, Dumont Printing, 93.7 KISS Country, LucenUp Media, and KSEE 24. The Falcons also enourage fans to bring coats to the game to donate to the Coats for Kids campaign. Fans can pick up coupons offering discounted tickets at any area Port of Subs location.

Sunday, November 25 vs. Utah 5:00 p.m.

The Falcons and Grizzlies meet for the first of 10 times this season. Fresno was 4-3-0 against Utah last season, and is 7-5-0 all-time against the Grizzlies. Utah is 6-8-0 this season for 12 points, and is in third place of the West Division.

PROMOTIONS: The Falcons will again be collection donations for the Coats for Kids campaign. Fans can pick up coupons offering discounted tickets at any area Port of Subs location.

Monday, November 26 vs. Utah 7:00 p.m.

Fresno concludes its first three game in three day stretch this season with the second straight meeting with Utah.

PROMOTIONS: Ladies Night, presented by Advanced Laser Clinic, Alice 96.7, and KMPH Fox 26. During the first intermission, the finals of the Ladies Night Karaoke Contest take place, and the Falcons will again collect donations for Coats for Kids.

FALCONS NOTES

- The Falcons have played the fewest games of any team in the National Conference (11).

- Fresno plays four straight, and five of its next six games, at home.

- In its four wins this season, Fresno is 6-for-27 on the power play (22.2%). In their other six games, the Falcons are 6-for-42 on the man advantage (14.3%).

- Tyler Kindle has scored a goal in two straight games, and enters the week on a five-game scoring streak (2g, 4a).

- Jarrett Konkle has five goals in Fresno's last six games, and leads the team with six goals this season.
