August 8, 2007 - The 3rd Annual Americans with Disabilities Act Night at Veterans Memorial Stadium, Friday, August 10th, will have something for everyone. The Americans with Disabilities Act will be celebrating its 17th anniversary in conjunction with the Road to Freedom National Bus Tour. The Freedom Bus, a traveling display on the road to 80 US cities, will be on hand to promote the ADA and ADA restoration. Employers may find the displays of special interest. Several related activities will take place during the evening, beginning with a special pre-game unity march into the stadium from the Veterans Memorial Tennis Center.In addition the evening will be highlighted with a special performance from Reggy, the famous traveling mascot. Reggy has traveled all over the country, performing for millions of fans. This is one of the leading family entertainers touring the United States. The Kernels will play the South Bend Silver Hawks; the game begins at 7 pm on Friday, August 10th. The gates will open at 6 pm.
