Wolves Send Three to Gwinnett

The Atlanta Thrashers have reassigned center BRAD SCHELL (SHELL), left wing JOEL STEPP and goaltender ADAM BERKHOEL (BUHRK-uhl) from the Chicago Wolves to the Gwinnett Gladiators of the ECHL.

SCHELL accrued two penalty minutes in five games during his second stint of the season with the Wolves. The Scott, Saskatchewan, native has collected one goal, three points and two penalty minutes in 10 contests with Chicago this year, his American Hockey League debut.

STEPP was held off the scoresheet in his lone contest with Chicago.

BERKHOEL backed up during his one tilt during his most recent visit. Overall, the 24-year-old netminder has posted a 3-6-0 mark with a 3.65 goals-against average and an .882 save percentage in 11 appearances with the Wolves this season.
