Vandermeer suspended by AHL

Hamilton Bulldogs News Release


The American Hockey League announced today that Hamilton Bulldogs left-winger Peter Vandermeer has been suspended for two (2) regular-season games as a result of his actions during AHL game #1020, played on Friday, April 7 vs. the Syracuse Crunch.

Vandermeer will miss the Bulldogs' games tonight, Wednesday, April 12 vs. the Cleveland Barons and Friday, April 14 against the Toronto Marlies. He will be eligible to return on Saturday, April 15, when the Bulldogs host the Toronto Marlies at Copps Coliseum (7:00 p.m.).
