Local Mascots Mix it Up at Wolves Game on Sunday
March 8, 2006 - American Hockey League (AHL) Chicago Wolves
The Chicago Wolves will host a mascot broomball game during the first
intermission when the team takes on the Grand Rapids Griffins at the
Allstate Arena on Sun., March 12, at 3 p.m.Mascots from local professional sports teams such as Staley from the Chicago Bears, Sparky from the Chicago Fire and Grabowski from the Chicago Rush highlight a group of eight mascots that will square off on the ice. Skates, the Wolves mascot, will referee the showdown.
The mascots will be on the concourse of the Allstate Arena meeting and greeting fans from 2 to 3 p.m.
