Utah Grizzlies Announce Roster Changes

West Valley City, Utah - Utah Grizzlies Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Jason Christie has announced that forward Matt Craig has been loaned to the Manitoba Moose of the American Hockey League. In addition, the team has also acknowledged the retirement of defenseman Brian Escobedo.

Selected as a 2005-2006 National Conference All-Star, Craig a 23-year-old Quinnipiac University product, scored 22 goals and added 20 assists, while appearing in all 38 games for the Grizzlies so far this season.

Escobedo was signed by Utah in November after being released by the Stockton Thunder. He scored ten points (one goal, nine assists) in 27 games for the Grizzlies.

The Grizzlies remain on E-Center ice the next four weekends, including this Friday and Saturday when they welcome the Phoenix RoadRunners back to Utah. Individual tickets can be purchased at the E-Center box office, www.utahgrizzlies.com or any Smith's Tix outlet. Friday is *Family Feast Night* with select concession items $1.
