Monarchs Recall Roussin

MANCHESTER, NH - The Manchester Monarchs, the primary affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, have recalled left wing Dany Roussin from the ECHL's Reading Royals, Monarchs Director of Hockey Operations Hubie McDonough announced today. Roussin, 20, has one goal, two points and six penalty minutes in 15 games with the Monarchs this season. The 6-foot-2, 195-pound native of Quebec City, Quebec, scored one goal in one game with Royals since being loaned to Reading on November 29. Selected by the Kings in the second-round (50th overall) in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft, Roussin signed a multi-year entry-level contract with the Kings on August 16, 2005.
The Springfield Falcons travel to Manchester to face the Monarchs on Saturday, December 3 at the Verizon Wireless Arena at 7:35 p.m. The Cumberland County Civic Center and the Portland Pirates are on the Monarchs schedule for Sunday, December 4 at 4:05 p.m.
