Sheryl Swoopes visits San Jose this weekend

The SPIDERS will be home at De Anza College this Saturday and Sunday for a set of back-to-back games against some stiff competition.
The SPIDERS will face the CHICAGO BLAZE on Saturday at 7:00pm. Sunday at 4:00pm the SPIDERS will square off against the LUBBOCK HAWKS featuring basketball legend Sheryl Swoopes. Swoopes is considered by many to be the greatest women's player of all time and has rejoined her home town team just in time to help them for a playoff push.
The NWBL is a six-team league that features more than 25 active WNBA players. Other teams in the league include the Birmingham Power (Birmingham, Ala.); Dallas Fury (Dallas, Texas); Chicago Blaze (Naperville, Ill.); San Jose Spiders (San Jose, Calif.) and Lubbock Hawks (Lubbock, Texas).
