Ottawa 67's Move December 30 Game to Corel Centre

November 24, 2004 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Ottawa 67's News Release

The Ottawa 67's announced today that their Thursday December 30 home game vs. the Kingston Frontenacs, has been moved from the Ottawa Civic Centre, to the Corel Centre in Kanata. Game time will be 7:00 p.m.

"The Civic Centre was almost sold out for our December 30 game. Moving to the Corel Centre serves two purposes: more fans will be able to watch our team over the Holiday Season in a world class facility, and we can help out the organizers of the Bell Capital Cup at the same time. One of the main features of the Bell Capital Cup has always been for the participating teams to have an opportunity to see a hockey game at the Corel Centre" said 67's Owner and Governor Jeff Hunt.

The process of moving Civic Centre seat holders for the December 30 game to comparable seats in the Corel Centre has begun. Fans who have purchased tickets for the December 30 game prior to today, will be contacted by the Ottawa 67's in the next couple of weeks.

Tickets will go on sale at 12:00 p.m. today through Capital Tickets. Fans may purchase tickets by calling 599-3267 (FANS), by going to www.capitaltickets.ca or by visiting the Corel Centre box office. Ticket prices for the game will remain at $13 for adults, $12 for students (13-21) and seniors (65+), and $10 for children 12 years old and under. Children 3 years of age or under do not require a ticket if they are not using a seat.
