MAINEiacs host Ricky Craven Charities Night

October 7, 2004 - Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) Lewiston MAINEiacs

Lewiston, ME – The Lewiston MAINEiacs are pleased to announce that VIP Parts, Tires and Service will present: Ricky Craven Charities Night as the Lewiston MAINEiacs host the Halifax Mooseheads for their next home game scheduled for Wednesday, October 13 – 7:00 pm at the Colisée.

Ricky Craven will be onsite to perform a ceremonial face-off and to take a few minutes to discuss the Ricky Craven Charity Foundation. At 7:05 pm, Ricky will be set up at the end of the north hallway to meet with fans and sign autographs.

To commemorate the evening, VIP Parts, Tires and Service has produced a limited edition Ricky Craven / Lewiston MAINEiacs T-Shirt which will be given out to all fans in attendance. Upon entering the building, all fans will also be giving a sequentially numbered Ricky Craven Charity Foundation donation envelope. Throughout the game, a variety of prizes will be awarded to the holders of randomly selected numbered envelopes to include an autographed Lewiston MAINEiacs jersey, full size Ricky Craven Cut-Out and numerous VIP retails items.

Fans are also encouraged to use the envelope to make a donation to the Ricky Craven Charity Foundation that can be dropped off at the exits at the end of the game.

The Lewiston MAINEiacs are proud to support Ricky Craven Charities and are pleased to announce that 10% of all walk-up ticket sales for this game will be donated to the Ricky Craven Charity Foundation.

The Craven Charity is a fundraising source for The Marrow Foundation, Children’s Miracle Network, The Make A Wish Foundation, The Travis Roy Foundation and Give Kids the World.
