NEW YORK, September 27 – WNBA Director of Basketball Operations Tracy Ellis-Ward announced today that New York Liberty head coach Patty Coyle has been fined $1,000 for derogatory comments concerning the officiating following the Liberty’s 76-66 loss to Detroit on September 26.
