66ers Free Public Event Gives Fans First Peek At Renovated Tulsa Convention Center

Tulsa, Okla., September 30, 2009 - The Tulsa 66ers announced today that their fans and the general public will have the chance at a sneak peek at the on-going renovations at the Tulsa Convention Center on Thursday, October 1 from 5 to 8 p.m. Fans will have the opportunity to participate in a number of fun activities throughout the night, including selecting seats for the 2009-10 season, and even a chance to sink a half-court shot for a free season ticket.

After Thursday, fans can purchase season tickets by calling 918.585.8444 or visiting tulsa66ers.com.

"We are excited to be in downtown Tulsa, and to give our fans a glimpse at the arena," 66ers President Jim Brylewski said. "This is a great opportunity to secure the best seats for every home game, join the 66ers and Thunder family, and enjoy the action on the court up close with some of the best athletes in world."

On Thursday, 66ers staff members will be on hand to assist fans with questions and help select seats. Those who attend will also have the opportunity to preview the renovations that have been on-going at the Tulsa Convention Center. Seat locations are based on availability, and a limited inventory exists in many sections throughout the arena.

Season ticket prices remain the same from last year, with a range of price levels and payment options for every budget. Along with many exclusive perks and benefits of being part of the 66ers family, all 200-level and many 100-level seats start at just $8 per seat for the entire 24-game home schedule.
