BOISE, Idaho - Oklahoma City Thunder guard Jeremy Lamb scored 29 points on 13-for-15 shooting as the Tulsa 66ers defeated the Idaho Stampede, 110-95, Friday night at CenturyLink Arena in Boise, Idaho.
Lamb shot 3-for-4 from 3-point range and collected five rebounds, four assists and a pair of steals in Tulsa's eighth win in the past 10 games.
Fellow assignee DeAndre Liggins posted a career-best 19 points with four rebounds and Oklahoma City center Daniel Orton earned his seventh double-double of the year with 10 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and three blocked shots.
Rasual Butler and Dominique Sutton added 12 points apiece as the 66ers shot 41-for-73 (.562) from the field in their second-best shooting performance of the season. Tulsa improved to 16-4 when five or more players score in double digits.
Tulsa took the lead four minutes into the game and held it for the remainder of the contest, leading by as many as 28 points.
The 66ers defense forced 22 Stampede turnovers, including a season-high-tying 14 steals.
Tulsa (23-17) outrebounded Idaho, 39-34, while outscoring the Stampede, 54-36, in the paint.
Idaho (13-27) was led by Carlon Brown with 21 points.
The two squads square off again on Saturday night in Boise, Idaho, at 8:00. The game will be aired live on YouTube and Tulsa66ers.com.
