Peterborough Petes News Release

Peterborough, ON- On Thursday, November 24 at 7:05pm, the Petes will hold a $5 Student Night Game against the Windsor Spitfires. While supplies last, all elementary, high school, college and university students can purchase tickets in the Sun Life Financial Family Zone for just $5.

Thursday's game pits the Petes, who have been one of the most dynamic teams in the OHL, against the Windsor Spitfires, who will host the MasterCard Memorial Cup at the end of the season. Unless the Petes meet the Spitfires in the OHL Final in May, this will be the only opportunity for Peterborough hockey fans to see the Spitfires, including future NHL stars Logan Brown, Mikhail Sergachev, and Gabe Vilardi, who is projected top-five pick in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft.

The Petes continue to excite fans at the PMC this season, with several players including Jonathan Ang, Dylan Wells, and Matt Timms emerging as league-leaders. Peterborough's Student Night game on Thursday is the second home game of the week, with tickets also available for Tuesday's game at the Memorial Centre against the rival Oshawa Generals.

To purchase student day tickets or other packages, phone (705) 743-3561, visit the PMC Collins Barrow Box Office in person, or online.
