2015 Rogues Season Is One for the Record Books

MEDFORD, OR - The Medford Rogues finished the 2015 season with a 25-27 record, third in the South Division and seventh overall in the West Coast League. The Rogues also set multiple records both as a team and as individuals for the franchise and WCL, in front of the 29, 548 total fans that came through the gates at Harry and David Field.

Dan Mayer set the WCL and franchise record for most homeruns in a single season with 11. Mayer also set franchise records for most RBIs in a season (36), most doubles (13) and most homeruns in a single game (2).

Billy Fredrick also ends the season with his name in the record books. He first set a franchise record with his 15-game hit streak. Fredrick tied the record for most RBIs in a single game (6) and ties the franchise record for most hits in a game with Derron Davis (5). He also tied the team record for most triples in a single season (3).

Brock Pradere now holds the record for most steals in a single game with three. Derron Davis tied the team record for most steals in a single season with 12.

The Rogues set a team record for most runs in a game with 19 and most hits in a game with 20 on July 25 against the Bellingham Bells. The team also set a franchise record with 16 triples in a season.

Medford also had two West Coast League All-Stars selected to the South Division team, Derron Davis and Dan Mayer. The Rogues pitching staff struck out a total of 265 batters this season.
