TACOMA, Wash. - The Tacoma Rainiers and Tacoma Public Schools today announced Truman Middle School seventh grader Kelsey Monaghan-Bergson as the winner of the second annual jersey design contest. Kelsey's winning design will be worn on field by the Rainiers for Tacoma School District Night to be held Saturday, April 23, 2016.
