PRINCE GEORGE, BC -The Prince George Cougars announced they placed defenceman Shane Collins (Rosetown, SK) on 20-year-old waivers ahead of today's deadline. Collins, a third-round selection in the 2012 WHL Bantam Draft, played parts of five seasons with the Cougars organization, compiling five goals and 39 points in 186 career regular season games.
