Wichita, KS- The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the Ottawa Senators and powered by Toyota, announced several transactions today. Chris LeBlanc in Binghamton Forward Zach O'Brien has been returned to the team after being loaned to the American Hockey League's Binghamton Senators.
