Wichita, KS (Dec. 7th) - The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the Ottawa Senators and powered by Toyota, announced several transactions this afternoon. Forward Alexis Loiseau (LWAH-zoh) has been loaned to the American Hockey League's Binghamton Senators.
