Aces Acquire Tyler Shattock from K-Wings

January 17, 2017 - ANCHORAGE, ALASKA - The Alaska Aces have acquired forward Tyler Shattock from the Kalamazoo Wings for forward Justin Breton. Head Coach and President of Hockey Operations Rob Murray made the announcement Tuesday. Shattock, 26, has played in 37 games in Kalamazoo this season, scoring seven goals and adding 16 assists for 23 points and 16 penalty minutes. January 14, 2017 - ANCHORAGE, ALASKA - Stephen Perfetto scored twice, Ben Lake got the game-winning goal, and goaltender Kevin Carr stopped 29 shots as the Alaska Aces showed major bounce-back in a 4-2 win over Orlando Friday night at the Sullivan Arena. The Solar Bears beat the Aces 6-2 Wednesday, prompting the turnaround. Defenseman Jones Back with Aces

January 12, 2017 - ANCHORAGE, ALASKA - Promising defenseman Mitch Jones, who started the season with the Aces but had his rookie season cut short by injury has signed a contract with the Alaska Aces. Head Coach and President of Hockey Operations Rob Murray made the announcement Thursday. Jones, 21, played 22 games in Glacier Blue last season, scoring five goals and adding five assists for ten points.
