April 21, 2024 - The Dayton Dragons, in conjunction with the Cincinnati Reds, announced the following roster change today: Outfielder Jay Allen II has been activated from the 7-day injured list. Allen appeared in the Dragons first four games before suffering a knee injury that has caused him to miss the last 10 games.
