June 30, 2016 - Fans witnessed an instant classic on Thursday night at Buck Hardee Field, as the Wilmington Sharks (15-10) used a little ninth inning magic to win a wild game over the Edenton Steamers (10-16) by a score of 9-8. Bananas Explode for 10 Runs in Rout of Sharks

June 27, 2016 - It was a one sided contest the whole way through as Wilmington Sharks (14-10) could only muster one run in their 10-1 loss to the Savannah Bananas (12-9). Savannah's offense looked unstoppable early as they scored at least two runs in four of the first five innings. By the end of the game, they had collected 15 hits and two home runs. June 26, 2016 - Both of Sunday's starters threw six compete innings, but it was the Wilmington Sharks (14-9) who eventually broke through to take down the Wilson Tobs (12-11) by a score of 4-3.
