Washington Spirit Re-Sign Goalkeeper Kelsey Wys

November 30, 2015 - BOYDS, MD - The Washington Spirit announced today that the club has signed goalkeeper Kelsey Wys to a new contract for the 2016 NWSL season. Per team and league policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. Wys, 24, started 11 games for the Spirit in 2015. The Coral Springs, FL native made 35 saves and recorded three shutouts. November 25, 2015 - WASHINGTON - D.C. United have announced the club's end-of-season award winners for the 2015 season. In his second season with the Black-and-Red, midfielder/forward Chris Rolfe took home the 2015 Most Valuable Player Award and the Golden Boot. November 24, 2015 - The Chesapeake Bayhawks will help make history when they open the 2016 Major League Lacrosse season against the Atlanta Blaze. November 19, 2015 - BOYDS, MD (Nov. 19, 2015) - The Washington Spirit announced today that the club has acquired two second-round picks (Nos. 12 and 20 overall) in the 2016 NWSL College Draft from the Boston Breakers.
