SuperWolves Soar to Victory

February 13, 2016 - The Sudbury SuperWolves hosted Superhero Night Friday night against the Saginaw Spirit in support of the Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer (NOFCC). The Wolves played like superheroes, defeating the Spirit 7-3 in front of 4,301 fans at the Sudbury Arena. The first period got off to a quick start as RYAN VALENTINI scored less than 2 minutes into the game to give the Wolves a 1-0 lead. Wolves Host Spirit & Hounds in Community Focused Double-Header Weekend

February 8, 2016 - The Sudbury Wolves return home this week looking to build off their 4-point weekend as they host the Saginaw Spirit on Friday and Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds on Saturday in double-header action at the Sudbury Arena. Both games will have a community and charity focus. Puck drop is 7:00pm. On Friday night, the Wolves will host the Saginaw Spirit for the one and only time this season. Wolves Double-Up on Spirit

February 8, 2016 - The Sudbury Wolves were in Saginaw Saturday night looking to make it two in a row following Friday night's victory over the Flint Firebirds. The Wolves were able to take a 3-0 lead by the half way mark of the game and never looked back, doubling the Spirit 6-3. The Wolves got on the board first with a goal from MIKKEL AAGAARD just 6 minutes into the game. Goaltender TROY TIMPANO was tested early, making 11 saves in the opening period. February 7, 2016 - The Sudbury Wolves were in Flint Friday night looking to get back in the win column. Despite a late rally by the Firebirds, the Sudbury Wolves were able to pull together to take the game in overtime by a final score of 5-4. In the first period, MICHAEL PEZZETTA opened the scoring on the first shot of the game with a short-handed goal. MACAULEY CARSON picked up the assists on the play.
