Sarnia Penalty Shot Beats Saginaw 4-3

March 11, 2016 - Travis Konecny received a rare overtime penalty shot and he made good of his opportunity as the Sarnia Sting beat the Saginaw Spirit 4-3, before a big Friday night crowd of 3,702, at the Sarnia Sports and Entertainment Centre. The goal was his second point of the game to go along with a first period assist. Sting Breeze by Windsor 5-1

March 10, 2016 - The Sarnia Sting scored early and often on Thursday night, downing the Windsor Spitfires by a score of 5-1 at the WFCU Centre. With the win, Sarnia is now three points ahead of the Spits for first in the OHL's West Division while still holding a game in hand. March 4, 2016 - It was a much better effort from the Sting tonight, downing the rival Spitfires by a score of 2-1 in front of a near capacity crowd of 4,225 at the Sarnia Sports & Entertainment Centre. With the win, Sarnia moves 3 points ahead of the Spitfires for 1st in the West Division Standings. Nikita Korostelev was named the game's first star, tallying a goal and an assist in the win.
