January 20, 2017 - SAINT JOHN - Mathieu Joseph scored the only goal of the game and Callum Booth turned aside 22 shots as the Saint John Sea Dogs shut out the Chicoutimi Sagueneens, 1-0, Friday at Harbour Station. Sea Dogs Edge Mooseheads in Rematch

January 8, 2017 - SAINT JOHN - Bokondji Imama scored the game-winner 38 seconds into the third period as the Saint John Sea Dogs edged the Halifax Mooseheads, 2-1, Sunday at Harbour Station. Samuel Dove-McFalls had the other goal for Saint John (25-11-3-1) while goalie Callum Booth earned his first win as a Sea Dog with 20 saves. Sea Dogs Recall F Matthew Pietroniro

January 8, 2017 - SAINT JOHN - The Saint John Sea Dogs have recalled forward Matthew Pietroniro from the the Lac St-Louis Lions of the Quebec Midget AAA Hockey League (LHMAAAQ). The 17-year-old native of Ste-Anne-de-Bellvue, Quebec, has eight goals and 17 points in 23 games in his second season with the Lions. Pietroniro was acquired from the Quebec Remparts in the December 18th trade that also brought goalie Callum Booth to Saint John.
