Pats lose 3-2 to Raiders

February 12, 2016 - Prince Albert, Saskatchewan - The Regina Pats (23-23-3-4) traveled to face the Prince Albert Raiders (31-18-5-1) on Dave Manson Jersey Retirement night. The Pats got a goal on the powerplay and one shorthanded, but fell by a 3-2 count to the Raiders. After an emotional ceremony raising Raider alumni Dave Manson's jersey to the rafters, the Pats got off to a hot start, outshooting the Raiders 8-1. Riders Add Defensive Lineman Corvey Irvin

February 12, 2016 - The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced international free agent defensive lineman Corvey Irvin has signed with the team. As per club policy, details of the contract were not released. Irvin (6'2 - 295) will join the Riders for his second CFL season after spending 2015 with the Montreal Alouettes. Riders Acquire Tevaughn Campbell

February 11, 2016 - The Saskatchewan Roughriders have acquired national defensive back Tevaughn Campbell from the Calgary Stampeders. In exchange the Riders have sent their 4th round selection in the 2017 CFL Draft to the Stamps. Campbell (6'0 - 190) dressed in five games in 2015, his rookie season, and recorded seven defensive tackles, one special-teams tackle and one knockdown. February 11, 2016 - The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced national free agent defensive lineman Justin Capicciotti has signed with the team. As per club policy, details of the contract were not released. Capicciotti (6'3 - 235) was originally selected by the Edmonton Eskimos in the 2nd round (14th overall) of the 2012 CFL Draft.
