October 20, 2016 - Prince George, B.C. - For a second straight season, Cougars forward Jansen Harkins (1997 - North Vancouver, B.C.) will be representing the Western Hockey League in the annual CHL Canada Russia Series which begins on Monday, November 7^th in Prince George. Team WHL will also battle the Russians on Tuesday, November 8^th in Edmonton, AB. Last season Harkins was the Cougars lone representative for Team WHL in the Canada Russia Series. Cougars Acquire Forward Josh Maser

October 18, 2016 - Josh Maser checks in at 6'2" and 215 pounds. He was a fourth round selection (74th overall) of the Prince Albert Raiders in the 2014 WHL Bantam Draft and appeared in one game with the Raiders during the 2015-16 season. That same season, he suited up in 32 games for the Cariboo Cougars (BCMML) and scored 20 goals and added 17 assists for 37 points and 52 penalty minutes.
