Zephyrs, State of Louisiana Agree to Lease Extension

October 21, 2015 - Metairie, LA - The New Orleans Zephyrs have reached an agreement with the State of Louisiana on a new lease for Zephyr Field. The lease, signed by the Zephyrs and the State on Wednesday at a meeting of the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District (LSED), is effective immediately and runs for five years, with an option to extend for another five years thereafter. September 7, 2015 - Colorado Springs, Colorado - The New Orleans Zephyrs and Colorado Springs Sky Sox combined for 15 runs and 28 hits on a wild afternoon at the ballpark. September 6, 2015 - Colorado Springs, Colorado - Matt Clark drilled three hits, including a pair of doubles and drove home three runs as the Colorado Springs Sky Sox pounded the New Orleans Zephyrs 9-2 on Sunday afternoon. September 5, 2015 - Colorado Springs, Colorado - The Zephyrs scored three runs in the ninth inning but the rally fell short as the Sky Sox defeated New Orleans 6-4. The Zephyrs scored first with a second inning run when New Orleans had three consecutive hits and Austin Nola picked up an RBI.
