Oil Kings Explode in Third Beating Kootenay 6-3

February 3, 2016 - Tuesday night in Cranbrook should be labeled a tale of two teams. Just over 48 hours earlier the Edmonton Oil Kings were celebrating a dominant 6-2 win over the Kootenay Ice. Oil Kings Raise over $23,000 for Sorrentino's Compassion House

February 1, 2016 - EDMONTON, ALTA. - The Edmonton Oil Kings proudly wore their special one-off jerseys for the "Pink at the Rink" game on Sunday January 31, 2016, as the Oil Kings joined forces with Sorrentino's Compassion House in the fight against cancer. January 31, 2016 - It was Pink at the Rink today for the Edmonton Oil Kings and the fans were sent home tickled pink as they were treated to a 6-2 win over the visiting Kootenay Ice. The Oil Kings didn't get the start they were looking for this afternoon falling behind 2-0 early, but persistence and sticking to the game plan paid off as six different players scored goals; four of them on special teams; and Patrick Dea made 25 saves for the win.
