ICE Acquire Defenseman from Americans

December 4, 2016 - Cranbrook, BC - Jeff Chynoweth, General Manager of the Kootenay ICE Hockey Club, today announced the ICE have acquired Defenseman Kurtis Rutledge (June 2, 1997) from the Tri-City Americans in exchange for a seventh round pick in the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft. "With the long term injury to Nikita Radzivilyuk we are down to six healthy defensemen and needed to add a body to our roster.
