April 30, 2016 - CHARLOTTE, NC - The Charlotte Hounds on Saturday night beat the visiting Rochester Rattlers 14-11 at rain-soaked American Legion Memorial Stadium. It marks the second straight victory for the Hounds, who are now 2-0 for the first time in team history. Kahnle Promoted to Chicago

April 29, 2016 - RHP Tommy Kahnle, 26, went 0-0 with one save and a 3.00 ERA in seven games with the Knights this season. Kahnle will take the Chicago roster spot of RHP Daniel Webb, who was placed on Chicago's disabled list today. The Latham, NY native becomes the seventh player promoted to Chicago this season from Charlotte. The first player promoted was RHP Erik Johnson, who was recalled on April 19. April 29, 2016 - (UPTOWN CHARLOTTE, NC) - Infielder Marcus Lemon, who is hitting .273 (9-for-33) in nine games with the Double-A Birmingham Barons this season, has been promoted to the Charlotte Knights today. Lemon will take the roster spot of infielder/outfielder Leury Garcia, who was placed on Charlotte's disabled list (retroactive to April 28). Charlotte's active roster is set at 24 players.
