August 22, 2016 - UPTOWN CHARLOTTE, NC -- Chicago White Sox catcher Alex Avila, who is currently on the club's disabled list with a right hamstring strain, will begin a Major League Baseball rehab assignment with the Charlotte Knights starting today. August 20, 2016 - UPTOWN CHARLOTTE, NC-- Outfielder Avisail Garcia, who was placed on the Chicago White Sox 15-day disabled list on Tuesday, August 9 (retroactive to August 7) with a sprained right knee, will begin a Major League Baseball rehab assignment with the Charlotte Knights starting tonight.
