Power Raise $50,000 for Flood Relief

September 29, 2016 - Charleston, WV - The West Virginia Power, in conjunction with the Pittsburgh Pirates, are pleased to announce that their ongoing flood relief efforts have raised $50,000 for the West Virginia Region of the American Red Cross. The flooding that occurred in late June devastated 44 counties across the state of West Virginia and the Power immediately began relief efforts at Appalachian Power Park. September 4, 2016 - Charleston, WV- The West Virginia Power edged the Greenville Drive 2-1 Sunday afternoon at Appalachian Power Park. West Virginia scored the go-ahead run on a passed ball in the eighth inning, while starter Taylor Hearn struck out nine in five strong innings.
