Racers Deal Barrett to Chicago

November 18, 2015 - AKRON, OH--Akron Racers GM Joey Arrietta announced today that the Racers have dealt Two-Time All-NPF selection, shortstop Jill Barrett, to the Chicago Bandits. The deal sends the Bandits first round pick, #4 overall, to the Racers, stacking the #3 and #4 selections in the very first round of the 2016 NPF Draft. The deal also includes outfielder, A. J. Akron Racers Sign Ashley Thomas to a Two Year Contract

November 9, 2015 - Akron, OH - Akron Racers GM, Joey Arrietta announced today that 2014 All-NPF selection, Ashley Thomas has re-signed with the Racers for the next two seasons.
